Chris has more than 18 years experience as a senior corporate executive and entrepreneur within the technology and data networking industries. Chris Melo serves as President and Chief Technology Officer of Internal Matters. Chris was one of the driving forces to form Internal Matters in August of 1996, and has guided Internal Matters to its current position of industry leadership. A pioneer in the industry, Chris recognized the boundless potential of interactive technologies, and has spearheaded a targeted focus on Web-enabled business applications. This manifestation has successfully transformed his entrepreneurial insight into revenue-driven technology solutions for our clients. Under his guidance, the Company has grown from a start-up into an enterprise with a roster mid-sized companies and Fortune clients.
Prior to founding Internal Matters, Chris was part of the team that conceptualized and launched Extreme Sites, Inc.

Jason F. Melo
Jason has more than 15 years of experience in the field of engineering and technology. Jason Melo is one of the founders and principles of Internal Matters. Since its inception in August of 1996. Jason serves as Internal Matters’ Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects for the strategic development of Internal Matters’ flexible built Internet technology solutions. Jason brings an extensive background in product strategy and development. His expertise on the development and application of building Web-based technology solutions is the driver that has enabled us to deliver our clients with their unique vision.
Jason served as the Senior Web Master at the Wall Street Forum investor relations firm. His portfolio embraces numerous Internet/Intranet applications, which include; financial data systems, dynamic Web site management applications, relational database management systems, and B2B/B2C market/management systems to name just a few. Jason has architected best of breed technology solutions for Fidelity Investments, MTV Networks, Deloitte, EMC & many others.

Christopher Caouette
Christopher Caouette has spent his career as an accomplished entrepreneur and has experience in the strategic planning and development of business operations. Christopher, one of the founders of Internal Matters, serves Chief Operating Officer, and has been an integral part to our success. His ability to "shift gears" has enabled us to transform services and solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of the complex marketplace, and has successfully led the re-positioning efforts of Internal Matters.
Christopher’s roots as an entrepreneur began as the principal of a fast growing electronics retail outlet. He has been acknowledged with awards from multiple vendors for his strong business acumen in forecasting and management.

Lee E. Caouette
Lee Caouette joined Internal Matters in 2002 after a very successful career at one of the countries most respected Mercedes Benz dealerships. While working as a Customer Relations Executive and Service Advisor, Lee excelled at being a liaison between his clients and his company.
While at Internal Matters, Lee has significantly built upon the client base as well as strengthening relationships with existing clients. Building relationships with new clients as well as satisfying the needs of existing clients is something that Internal Matters strives for. Lee has recently been building relationships with owners and operators of Dunkin’ Donuts franchises up and down the northeast, providing them with solutions to manage their daily operations more effectively and efficiently. Lee is responsible for providing service to over 250 Dunkin Donuts locations.

Jesse Pakin
Jesse Pakin has more than 15 years experience in computers and technology. Jesse serves as Internal Matters' Lead Developer and Analyst, responsible for project development, application support, and business intelligence data mining. His background in structured application development and Internet technology allows him to sustain and improve Internal Matters' robust platforms.
Jesse served previously as Director of Information Technology for the World Technology Network. Prior to that he held application development positions with companies like Macromedia, Ameritrade, and Molecular Informatics (NCGR).

Jim Grady
Jim Grady sits on Internal Matters’ Advisory Board. Jim Grady has been with Internal Matters since August of 1996, when IM existed as Extreme Sites Inc. Prior to becoming a Board Member, Jim launched Boof Advertising, a successful counter-culture marketing firm. Jim has also been an integral player within the DeWolfe Companies, a Boston Globe Top 100 firm. Jim brought DeWolfe’s services towards a successful IPO, where he grew the firm from $37 million in 1989 to $263 million in 1992, with an increased market share of over 30% and customer satisfaction in excess of 200%. Jim has also been a founding partner in ONE by ONE Companies, where he teaches and creates innovative workshops and coaching programs for entrepreneurs who are seeking to successfully manage growth through change.
