ActionCOACH™ offers coaching services to businesses of all sizes. The need: develop an online ordering system for customized Business Stationary. Internal Matters, in conjunction with our fulfillment partner, developed an online shopping experience which allowed business coaches to log in and customize their stationary and preview a representation of the product prior to ordering. Once the order is placed, the custom design is transmitted to the printing company for fulfillment. The order can then be tracked by the business coach to the point of delivery. This makes the process much more cost effective and saves time with instant client approval and integrated order fulfillment.

ADS chose the Internal Matters Commerce platform for its robust API (application programming interface) which allowed for integration with multiple vendors. ADS can order and track inventory from multiple warehouses when using the fulfillment module. The IM Commerce inventory system provides visibility into product availability in a number of ways on the store front and can also provide pricing based on specified margins, markup, or other algorithms. Orders are synchronized with Quick Books, reducing the amount of data entry and allowing real time financial reporting.

Total Event Solutions
The goal of Total Event Solutions was to improve efficiency by managing events and employees through a web based portal. Internal Matters developed a portal which manages applications, events, time and attendance, model evaluations and other operational processes. The Portal allows Total Event Solutions to better service their clients while they efficiently grow their business.
The Internal Matters design team implemented a fresh look to the web site and has incorporated a content management system which allows staff to update site content. An online application form is also submitted through the portal reducing duplicate data entry.

This Boston based Real Estate developer turned to Internal Matters to develop a professional and functional website to market their business to prospective investors, while limiting public access to the site.
